In case you missed last week’s #SBOCsmartstyle chat, we’ve got everything you missed right here! Last week’s chat was about transitioning from work to play. Due to busy schedules and social lives, all of us do not have the luxury of going home to change when we get off the clock, so we have to make sure part of our work look will cater to us going out to play later. During the chat, we wanted to know what everyone does to go from work to play without changing their whole outfit, and how those of us that have to do it, look fabulous doing it. Here’s some of what was said during the #SBOCsmartstyle chat:
Keke Palmer wears a short suit at the Sparkle Premiere via Just Jared. This look could work for work to play, depending on your area of work. Ditch the jacket, add a necklace and grab a clutch!
“Go from flats to heels for evening. #SBOCsmartstyle” – @LinnieatLarge
“I focus on accessories and shoes because those are the easiest to change .#SBOCsmartstyle” – @CFashionGuru
” We add a fun top to stylish pants. Then grab a clutch and killer heels. Bonus: A bright lip of smokey eye! (Love!) #SBOCsmartstyle” – @mybrownbox
“I need & love options so shoes jewelry tops are in my trunk
#SBOCsmartstyle” – @Ilusjewelrybyliz
“This wasn’t intentional but there are patent leather pumps in my trunk. A sequined clutch and a black cardi. #SBOCsmartstyle” – @CFashionGuru (Those are such great transitional pieces, we had to quote her twice.)
